24/08/2012 Hits From England's Top Twenty - abroad
A single, probably from Singapore has been added. The label scans show it to contain two songs which were hits at the start of 1974, although the last UK album we know of was some time earlier.
24/08/2012 Studio 33 - abroad
We have added in a Dutch LP which appears to be a direct issue of the UK vinyl, AVE 10-015, in a new sleeve.
21/08/2012 Parade of Pops (Chevron)
We were pleased to be able to upload a cover for the 1978 cassette, Top Hits of the Year, the very existence of which we were previously doubtful about. We believe this completes our Chevron discography, and we have good quality images for all the relevant cassette and LP releases. (Get in touch if you know different!)

A very unusual flexi-disc has been discovered with two tracks from 12 Tops volume 27.
11/08/2012 Chartbusters - overseas
We have added a second single from Brazil ("Alone Again (Naturally)") as well as an Argentinian pressing of "Chartbusters '70" - which also has some interesting images on the back!
11/08/2012 Hits and Hot Hits - overseas
We have added our first Mexican LP, which is an edition of the UK album, "Top Hits".
07/08/2012 Sleeve notes
We decided in the end that we didn't like having the sleeve notes typed out on the pages, so they have been removed again. We have copies of many of them - if anyone would like any typed copies, please contact us.
03/08/2012 Chartbusters (Marble Arch) - overseas
We have added an image of what we believe to be a South African pressing of the Best of 1971 album on Golden Hour.
01/08/2012 Parade of Pops (Chevron)
Finally, we have been able to obtain an image and track listing for the cassette, Top Hits of the Year 1983. This completes our discography for these annual collections, with Chevron having issued one with that title every year from 1978 to 1985. (And, let's not forget that their predecessor, the Windmill label, did likewise from 1971 to 1975.)

We have been sent details of an Israeli pressing of one of the early Studio 33 albums - the first overseas edition from that series known to us.

A Spanish cassette has come to light, which is an edition of both "Pick of the Pops" volume 5, and "World Top 12" volume 2.
11/07/12 World Top 12 - spin-off EPs
A sixth printed sleeve has come to light for the Top 6 'mini-LPs' issued by Flag. The artwork is based on the Boulevard album, Million Sellers of the Sixties Volume 1.

New discovery: we have come across an amazing box set re-issue of the first four LPs released by mfp in their "Hits" series, which we have never seen documented elsewhere. The set dates to 1968.

We have obtained a cassette copy of Pye Chart Busters volume 4, which we have added to our gallery.

We have added a rough image of volume 2, although the track listing remains unknown to us at present.
23/06/12 SLEEVE NOTES!
We have commenced uploading all the sleevenotes to the LPs on this site, beginning with MFP's Hits series.

We have now added seperate pages for all the tape editions of the various series, simultaneously removing the relevant images from the main pages.

Having recently learned of an 8-track compilation album from 1973 (see below) we have now acquired a copy, revealing the catalogue number. It is different to the first one we encountered and also has a slip case.

New Discovery: Amazingly, we have discovered an end-of-year review album from the series, the first, and as-yet only, one known. It was released on 8-track cartridge and rounds up 1973. Sadly we were unable to obtain this when advertised for sale and do not know the catalogue number.

New discovery: a best-of-year compilation cassette for 1977! We were previously unaware that anything other than Top of the Pops was being released at the time.

We discovered this cassette-only series in February. We have now been contacted by someone associated with the label and thanks to his info and images, have vastly increased our listing for this series.
