Parade of Pops (Windmill) - tape editions

It may seem that no tapes were issued in association with Windmill's "Parade of Pops", but we have come across one very unusual edition which throws up a few questions. Pictured below is the cassette, "12 Top Hits", which is in fact a version of the very last album in the series, volume 26.

Curiously, this cassette appeared on the little-known Continental Records label, and has its own, somewhat unusual artwork. The tracks have been shuffled around, and the catalogue number for this cassette is CRST 3014. It is not clear whether this release is unique.
