Today's Smash Hits (1972 - 1973)


This is one of the smallest regular series, with just four installments known. Enterprise Records are barely documented, but were based at Winchelsea Road in Harlesden, near Acton. Nothing further is currently known, although there may be a connection with the Windmill label, as indicated by the contents of LP number 3.

This was the last series to appear with no historical connections; all those launched subsequently would have a link with at least one earlier series (except perhaps the very late "Chart Busters" albums of the mid-1980s). These albums do not carry volume numbers.
